📋 Description

• Support the documentation, mapping, and updating of low-complexity processes, including entering them into systems; • Support the documentation and mapping of higher-complexity processes when working under the guidance of a senior analyst; • Assist in conducting meetings with stakeholders to gather information, validate processes, and identify risks; • Participate in the preparation and updating of flowcharts, procedures, work instructions, and risk registers associated with processes; • Support the identification, description, and classification of operational and process risks, following established methodologies and guidelines; • Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities, including risk mitigation, process automation, and digitalization; • Support the development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and risk indicators (KRIs), under supervision; • Collaborate in promoting best practices and a culture of process management, risk awareness, and continuous improvement, supporting workshops and meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress); • Intermediate English; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Basic knowledge of process mapping and tools such as Bizagi; • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (BPMN, PDCA, etc.); • Experience with the activities described; • Basic understanding of risk management, internal controls, or risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000); • Experience with ARIS, Bizagi, and Signavio systems.
