📋 Description

• Assist with monthly accounting close routines, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of information; • Support the preparation of account reconciliations, investigating and resolving identified discrepancies; • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of accounting internal controls; • Assist in preparing data for financial statements and management reports; • Support internal and external audits by organizing documentation and evidence; • Assist in monitoring accounting and regulatory standards (Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN, IFRS); • Support the analysis and accounting of financial transactions (assets, liabilities, income and expenses); • Participate in process improvement and automation projects within the accounting area; • Ensure the integrity of accounting entries in internal systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (completed or in progress). • Basic knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles; • Familiarity with account reconciliation routines; • Excel skills (advanced level – formulas, pivot tables); • Familiarity with IFRS and regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) is a plus; • Experience with accounting systems or financial ERP is desirable; • Previous experience (internship or full-time) in accounting, controllership, or finance is a plus; • Attention to detail and accuracy; • Organized and disciplined with deadlines; • Analytical skills; • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Proactive and eager to learn; • Sense of responsibility and commitment.
