• Prospect and credential service providers for contractual engagement to serve patients registered in the programs; • Monitor and evaluate implemented contracts; monitor regulations related to the provider network and the company's strategic and commercial activities, ensuring competitive clinical and financial standards; • Develop and maintain an objective, solution-oriented stance in interactions with clients and internal programs regarding requests shared with the area; • Oversee clinics' billing processes; validate proof of service submitted by providers as well as invoices; • Initiate payment requests to the provider network using the company's adopted platform; • Monitor billing indicators through reports to ensure service providers comply with contractual clauses; • Ensure service negotiations adhere to established metrics, verify documentation, and prepare and monitor executed contracts; • Work with large provider networks operating on a national scale; • Perform critical data analyses and prepare presentations; • Perform similar and/or related tasks.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (healthcare, administration, or related fields); • Experience with administrative routines; • Experience in support, credentialing, or billing will be considered a plus; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
