📋 Description

• Responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing contractual instruments of various types, with medium to high complexity, with national and international clients, suppliers and business partners; • Provide advisory services focused on contracts, aeronautical assets, personal data protection, and general corporate matters; • Prepare analyses, legal opinions and recommendations in line with the company's needs and corporate policies; • Work on personal data protection matters together with the Privacy team; • Maintain tracking spreadsheets for daily requests together with the internal team and external law firms; • Maintain various controls such as Acknowledgments of Debt, Key Matters/Contracts, External Law Firm Controls, among others; • Liaise with national and international law firms.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree completed (diploma or certificate of graduation); • Active professional registration (Brazilian Bar Association - OAB); • Advanced English; • Experience in contract law within corporate legal departments or law firms; • Postgraduate degree in Contracts or Corporate Law (preferred); • Prior experience with aeronautical asset contracts, especially leasing agreements (preferred); • Intermediate Spanish (preferred); • Experience with various personal data protection matters (preferred).
