📋 Description

• Own and Manage Account Delivery: Take full end-to-end ownership of an established hyperscale customer account • Lead and Develop the Delivery Team: Directly manage and support the delivery team responsible for the account • Drive Delivery Excellence and Mitigate Risk: Take full ownership of day-to-day account execution • Optimise and Standardise Delivery Processes: Identify opportunities to optimise existing delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a delivery, program management, or team leadership role • Experience in the AI data services industry with direct exposure to hyperscale customers and annotation or dataset delivery • Solid understanding of full-lifecycle project management • Experience with Google Workspace, enterprise project management tools, and CRM platforms • Strong competencies in customer focus, team leadership, and operational excellence • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
