⢠Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team ⢠Define and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across product offerings ⢠Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation ⢠Monitor market trends, customer needs, and identify new opportunities ⢠Support setting and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals ⢠Represent Wynne Systems at industry events and client meetings ⢠Build on existing and develop new relationships with clients and strategic partners
⢠Graduation from High School and preferably a Post-Secondary Program earning a Certificate / Diploma / College Degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred) ⢠At least 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role within the ERP or enterprise software industry ⢠Strong understanding of software industry and delivery models (on-premise, SaaS, PaaS) ⢠Ideally have established relationships within the rental or construction industry ⢠Proven contract negotiation experience and closing six & seven figure deals with large enterprise customers ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with operational stakeholders/C-suite ⢠Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop long-term, trusted client relationships ⢠Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making ⢠Interest in or working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in enterprise software and sales enablement ⢠Proficient in CRM sales tools e.g. Salesforce
