• Develop and execute practical integration plans • Provide hands-on support to the acquired leadership team • Establish clear integration milestones and progress measures • Partner with functional teams to coordinate integration activity • Assess the acquired business’ current operating rhythm • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, people, customer, and cultural risks • Support the acquired leaders in adopting Volaris’ approach • Build trust with local management and provide updates to leadership • Spend extended time in Australia to support local leadership
• Proven experience leading large, complex businesses • Strong understanding of Volaris’ business language, operating model, key financial metrics • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Experience supporting business transformation, change management, acquisitions, integrations, or major operating model transitions • Exceptional project management skills • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to identify risk early and bring pragmatic solutions forward • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and/or live in Australia
