📋 Description

• Produce high-quality, accurate working drawings • Prepare documentation aligned with NCC, council regulations, and developer guidelines • Create and maintain standard and custom plans to support sales and construction • Refine designs to reduce costs, improve buildability, and increase profitability • Coordinate with engineering, estimating, sales, and construction teams • Resolve technical and design issues proactively • Liaise with external consultants, including engineers, certifiers, and surveyors, when required • Meet deadlines with precision and accuracy • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, profitability, site outcomes, and client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience drafting new residential homes • Solid knowledge of NCC, council regulations, and residential construction practices • Revit proficiency is mandatory and non-negotiable • Ability to work within existing Revit templates, layer structures, libraries, and workflows • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills • Ability to work independently, stay focused, and deliver without micromanagement • Permanent full-time working rights in Australia required • Must be based in Southeast QLD; candidates outside Southeast QLD will not be considered • Tailored cover letter required, answering the three specified application questions • CV and portfolio required
