📋 Description

• Perform initial analyses and support the approval/release of warranty claims and processes; • Organize and provide documentation related to warranty and goodwill repairs; • Assist in providing guidance to dealerships on warranty procedures; • Assist in monitoring warranty payments and basic indicators/KPIs; • Participate in meetings with the back-office team to follow up on requests; • Support the preparation of management reports and KPIs; • Execute warranty credit and debit postings under supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or higher education (ongoing or completed) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields; • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus; • Experience in the automotive industry; • Intermediate English.
