📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and the quality of responses to judicial, police and regulatory requests by conducting detailed analysis of requests, extracting information from internal systems and validating with the appropriate technical areas. • Ensure legal compliance and integrity of shared data through application of internal information security policies and adherence to data protection and communications secrecy regulations. • Act as the focal point for communication with external authorities and internal departments by coordinating communication flows and performing technical validation of requested information. • Promote governance of requests and response processes by monitoring KPIs, preparing management reports and presenting results to the Executive Board. • Map and propose improvements to operational and control workflows through continuous process review, risk identification and development of internal standardized response playbooks. • Implement compliance and legal-security practices by monitoring applicable legislation, participating in internal forums and disseminating regulatory best practices. • Contribute to the company’s institutional reputation and credibility before authorities and regulators by ensuring technically consistent, transparent responses in compliance with applicable law.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing judicial and regulatory requests, servicing public agencies and solid experience in handling confidential data, regulatory compliance and interacting with legal and technical teams in medium or large organizations, preferably in the Telecommunications, Financial or other regulated sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems or Information Management. • A law degree is considered an advantage. • Postgraduate studies preferred in areas such as Risk Management, Information Security, Digital Law, Governance and Compliance. • Interpretation of judicial and regulatory orders (advanced) • Telecommunications law and data protection legislation (advanced) • Regulatory governance and compliance (advanced) • Process management and internal controls (advanced) • Data analysis and extraction from corporate systems (intermediate) • Stakeholder relations and assertive communication (intermediate) • Deadline and priority management (intermediate) • Ethics, confidentiality and sense of responsibility (advanced) • Familiarity with legal case management systems (intermediate) – desirable • Preparation of executive reports and presentations (intermediate) • Basic knowledge of traffic data investigation (intermediate)
