📋 Description

• Support the accounting coordination in decision-making using technical data • Provide support for project development • Execute the department’s routine processes • Support real estate capitalization/appropriation processes • Prepare the financial statements and monthly close in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards • Prepare accounting and financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement (DRE), statement of changes in equity (DMPL), statement of value added (DVA), statement of cash flows (DFC), explanatory notes and others • Prepare the individual financial statements of SPEs (Special Purpose Entities) • Reconcile balances in accounting reports with supporting documentation for the records • Prepare consolidated IFRS and management financial statements resulting from the monthly close process • Provide internal consulting to other company areas on accounting-impact issues of medium complexity • Prepare information to be reported to IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics) • Support accounting department projects aimed at improving the area’s productivity • Support coordination with up-to-date technical information covering applicable accounting and tax legislation and related matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education • Degree in Accounting (Accounting Sciences) • Required: knowledge of accounting standards (CPC — Accounting Pronouncements Committee); consolidation of financial statements; explanatory notes; financial statement analysis; support for external and internal audits; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) • Preferred: prior knowledge of the specific characteristics of the real estate sector; real estate capitalization/appropriation • Knowledge of VBA and BI • Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
