📋 Description

• Support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on payroll, wage tax, and occupational pension schemes • Work with data using Excel • Respond to employee inquiries • Maintain employee data in SAP • Conduct quality checks and error analyses • Update information materials and the intranet • Independently implement smaller HR projects

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Structured and detail-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork • Initiative and a service-oriented mindset • Very good German and good English language skills
