The studio produces marketing materials and visual development assets for film, TV and related entertainment customers, working as a service provider to other businesses.

📋 Description

• Own program plans across cross-functional initiatives spanning platform engineering, delivery, and DSX teams • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact timelines • Drive program governance: status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates • Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and trade-off discussions across stakeholder groups • Build and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, and communication cadences • Partner with engineering and delivery leads to translate strategy into executable plans • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in how programs are run • Support post-program retrospectives and feed learnings into future planning

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in technical program management, ideally within infrastructure, cloud, or hardware-adjacent environments • Strong grasp of software and/or infrastructure delivery lifecycles • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills • A track record driving complex, multi-team programs to on-time delivery • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and structuring it into clear plans • Strong analytical and organisational skills
