📋 Description
• Train, mentor, and support teams to introduce and follow agile values, principles, and practices. • Use a data driven approach to help teams monitor their performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement. • Encourage open communication and active participation within and between teams. • Identify and address impediments that could hinder the team's progress or productivity. Collaborate to find solutions and eliminate obstacles. • Foster effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Ensure information flows smoothly and that everyone is aligned with the team’s goals and priorities. • Support the Release Train Engineers with planning for and running SAFe events such as PI planning.
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban and XP. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of maintaining accurate records and tracking progress. • Resilience and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to not just identify issues but help find solutions. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools. • Ability to inspect and adapt in a dynamic environment.
