📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the VP, Business Innovation • Own complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end • Define priorities, identify problems to solve, and drive work from first principles to measurable impact • Drive high-priority strategic Network API projects from scoping and hypothesis development through recommendations and stakeholder alignment • Define project objectives, assemble cross-functional teams, and manage delivery against plan • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, defensible answers using “make or save money” logic • Prepare and present executive-level materials for internal and external audiences, including CSP partners, enterprise customers, and Ericsson leadership • Manage relationships with internal clients and external partners • Represent Vonage’s Network API strategy in CSP negotiations, partner discussions, and industry forums • Develop views of competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities • Inform portfolio choices, go-to-market strategy, and capital/resource allocation through market intelligence • Conduct scenario planning and business case development • Construct go-to-market strategies and business, commercial, and operating models • Identify and develop business opportunities across target verticals • Support thought leadership content and strategic narratives • Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and analytical models • Contribute to Special Projects function management, including prioritisation, staffing, and operational development • Foster rigor, speed, and continuous improvement within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience • Strong foundation in top-tier strategy/management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent), ideally at Senior Engagement Manager, Associate Partner, or Engagement Manager level • Track record of leading complex, ambiguous strategic projects from problem framing to executive-ready recommendations • Experience in or deep familiarity with the telecom, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystem • Understanding of the Network API, CAMARA, or GSMA Open Gateway landscape is a strong plus • Prior in-house strategy experience at a technology company is advantageous • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and proactively mobilise resources • Strong systemic, critical, and big-picture thinking • Executive presence with C-suite and senior stakeholders • Strong negotiation and decision facilitation skills • Business case development, market sizing, and scenario analysis capabilities • Comfort working with data and quantitative models • Concise, compelling storytelling and ability to translate complex technical topics into business value • Ability to lead and align diverse teams without direct authority • Focus on revenue growth, market share, partner activation, and strategic milestone delivery
