📋 Description

• Produce a high volume of ad creatives, including video, static, and playable concepts, using AI tools • Test creatives, analyze results, and iterate quickly to reduce CPI • Own App Store ASO, including keywords, screenshots, and continuous iteration • Monitor the market and competitors to identify fresh creative angles • Support and progressively take ownership of daily user acquisition monitoring on AppLovin and Meta • Work closely with the founder • Develop UA economics knowledge through onboarding with Voodoo's growth team

🎯 Requirements

• Junior role suitable for a first or second professional experience • Already creating independently, such as a faceless page, UGC, or AI experiments • Bring a portfolio rather than a diploma • Fluent with AI creative tools or able to learn new tools quickly • Analytical curiosity about why creatives convert • High energy and ownership; comfortable shipping many rough creatives to find effective concepts • Video editing is a strong plus • Fluent English
