📋 Description

• Engage in hands-on coding and create innovative features played by millions of users • Balance core gameplay parameters and features • Manage the development cycle, identify engineering tasks, and define processes needed to execute the roadmap • Partner with the General Manager on technical team structure, recruitment, and onboarding • Ensure high standards and solid coding practices while maintaining long-term quality and development pace • Monitor product health and increase product quality by addressing issues on time • Deconstruct, analyze, and adapt mobile game mechanics • Work with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts, and adoption • Provide technical leadership for the team • Flesh out game design details, oversee testing, and revise the game based on player feedback • Participate in every aspect of development for the Collect'Em All game studio

🎯 Requirements

• Creative and hacker mindset • Good sense of gameplay experience and strong attention to detail • At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity or other game engines • Successful track record in top-tier mobile games • Familiarity with optimization issues • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment • Strong understanding of hypercasual and casual mobile game markets
