• Bereitgestellte Inhalte auf über 90 Websites unserer Kund*innen einbauen, prüfen, organisieren und aktualisieren. • Kommentare und Posts von Usern erfassen, inhaltlich gemäß Leitfaden einordnen und beantworten. • Telefonische Anfragen von externen Usern/Kund*innen entgegennehmen – dabei löst du das Problem direkt oder nimmst unser FAQ zur Hilfe. • 1-2 x müssen wir auch samstags ran.
🎯 Requirements
• Du studierst. Politik oder Soziologie. Was mit Medien. Oder etwas ganz anderes. • Spaß an Kommunikation und technischer Umsetzung von digitalem Content. • Technisches Grundverständnis und keine Angst vorm „System“. • Offen für neue Aufgaben, die in kleinen Teams auch mal anfallen oder sich ändern können. • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. • Keine Angst vorm Telefon.
