📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of master-level interns in talent acquisition, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their recruitment capabilities • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our quarterly intern recruitment cycles • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring processes • Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our startup culture while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic workforce plans and organizational development initiatives • Support broader People Operations initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience in a senior HR role within a startup or high-growth technology company • Proven expertise in building and scaling HR functions from the ground up • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and modern recruitment technologies • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements • Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically
