📋 Description
• Provide project management of donor cultivation and engagement activities, including events, briefings, webinars, etc (both virtual and in person). • Develop and update fundraising messaging and materials. • Create and drive the execution of a strategic, creative fundraising plan for individual donor engagement. • Write and review grant proposals and reports prior to submission; ensure timely submission. • Analyze donor data, giving trends, and campaign outcomes to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Experience in a fundraising role preferred • Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and inclusion. • Familiarity with donor-oriented CRMs (i.e. GiveButter, Salesmate) • Familiarity with technology and project management platforms: Google suite, Slack, Asana • Comfort and familiarity using AI in fundraising practices • Demonstrated success in project management, and people management. • Educational qualifications include relevant experience for success in the fundraising role.
