📋 Description
• Analysis, negotiation and execution of highly complex contracts • Ensuring that negotiations comply with applicable laws • Supporting analyses and negotiations related to privacy and personal data protection
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience, with background in corporate legal • Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) • Advanced knowledge of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and risk assessment • Postgraduate degree in Contract Law, Digital Law or Data Protection is a plus
