📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales engagements and post sales/deployment architecture. • Validate network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures across distributed sites. • Partner closely with Sales to remove technical blockers and increase deal confidence. • Own technical implementation strategy post-signature, ensuring smooth rollout across multi-site environments. • Serve as senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges during deployment. • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, executive-ready summaries and action plans. • Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices to scale enterprise deployments. • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency and integration flexibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or customer-facing technical roles. • Significant experience working directly with enterprise IT and security stakeholders. • Deep expertise in networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, SD-WAN). • Proven ability to own complex technical workstreams from discovery through go-live. • Strong executive communication skills and comfort influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders. • Demonstrated success operating independently in high-growth or ambiguous environments.
