📋 Description

• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders. • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, flow diagrams, data modeling, and use cases. • Actively participate in planning and review ceremonies, ensuring understanding and validation of requirements throughout the development lifecycle. • Produce prototypes of screens and system behavior. • Translate client and business needs into clear, well-defined user stories. • Serve as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring requirements are properly understood. • Prepare meeting minutes, acceptance documents, and test/homologation plans for the client, ensuring sign-off. • Work together with the Product Owner, coordinators, and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria. • Support the QA team in defining test scenarios based on gathered requirements. • Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, proposing solutions for business challenges. • Clarify business rules and answer questions from other members of the analysis team. • Produce periodic updates about system changes and evolutions for stakeholders and clients. • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure requirements reflect the best user experience. • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle. • Support sprint testing when needed. • Assist in creating questionnaires and surveys to gather user needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Database knowledge. • Knowledge of the JSON format. • Knowledge of web service communications. • Familiarity with agile methodologies. • Experience conducting requirements elicitation. • Experience writing acceptance criteria in BDD format. • Willingness to travel. • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. • Certification in Requirements Analysis or related area (plus). • Knowledge of APIs (plus). • Experience with Postman and SoapUI (plus). • Experience working on licensing projects for fire departments, environmental agencies, or agricultural defense (plus).
