📋 Description

• Support Operations team by unlocking actionable insights for our critical automation asset: Joy, our AI-driven chatbot • Support the Ops team with smart logistics analyses • Play a pivotal role in building our data foundation from the ground up • Transform bottlenecks into scalable solutions • Design, build, and implement foundational data structures for Brazil Operations that do not currently exist

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, specifically supporting Operations or Product-led teams • Advanced SQL skills and have experience building robust data models within modern BI stacks like Looker or dbt • Ability to look at data through the lens of efficiency, immediately identifying where time or resources are being wasted • Can explain both technical performance and its broader commercial impact to executive leadership • Take full ownership of projects, from raw data ingestion to final strategic recommendation • Are an exceptional performer who resonates with ownership and strategic thinking in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
