📋 Description
• Help solve patient problems with world-class service when they get in touch • Act as the voice of Voy and guide patients through their journey • Work closely with various teams to unblock potential barriers patients may face • Optimise and improve processes to help patients in the most effective and scalable way possible • Advocate for patients’ voices throughout the company • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients
🎯 Requirements
• Some experience working in a customer support role within a scaling tech startup environment • Experience in a healthtech company is a bonus • Thoughtful and empathetic approach to interactions • Excellent written and verbal skills in English • Strong organisation and process-development abilities • Willingness to learn and handle unknown situations • Excitement about healthcare and Voy’s mission • Consistent access to internet and power for uninterrupted work • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends • Availability for shifts from as early as 9:00am SAST to as late as 11:00pm SAST
