📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and analyse manual workflows • Design robust automation strategies to lower contact rates and improve response times • Inherit and iterate on live TRT infrastructure, including AI agents, tagging architecture, and existing flows • Design and deploy automated pipelines connecting custom backend APIs with Zendesk and other enterprise systems • Use low-code/no-code tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier • Evaluate and embed LLMs and AI agents into daily operations where justified • Apply AI to quality auditing, agentic bot features, and data analysis • Test and validate automated workflows and monitor model outputs for accuracy • Troubleshoot system failures and ensure workflow reliability • Create documentation, establish data security policies, and train internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying intelligent workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, or Make (n8n strongly preferred) • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and LLM APIs (Claude Code or similar) • Deep knowledge of the full Zendesk stack, including triggers, automations, SLAs, dynamic forms, custom fields, omnichannel routing, IVR, views, and side conversations • Ability to design, build, and iterate on complex automation logic • Ability to evaluate LLMs and AI agents against deterministic automation based on cost, reliability, and failure modes • Ability to document solutions, establish data security policies, and train internal teams • Clear communication and ability to understand people's needs and find solutions
