📋 Description

• Own features end to end across the platform, including economics, sales, ticketing, integrations and more • Build services in Python using SQLAlchemy, GraphQL and PostgreSQL with correct transactional behavior • Integrate external systems including GDS, payments, email, calls/SMS and other services • Ship the full feature slice, including Angular frontend work when needed • Work daily with an AI agent through planning, step-by-step execution and verification • Own code quality rather than volume of generated lines • Engage with business stakeholders to understand feature problems, users and outcomes • Grow scope as the team and responsibilities expand

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend development experience in Python • Strong understanding of database transactions and data correctness • Comfortable with complex queries; this is mandatory • Real, daily experience working with an AI agent such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar; required, not a plus • Disciplined process of planning, step-by-step work and verifying code • Genuine interest in the business behind the code and ability to explain the problem a feature solved and who it served • Willingness and ability to work across the stack, including frontend • English B2+ at working level
