📋 Description

• Coordinate contracts, payroll information, employee records, employment changes, onboarding paperwork and exits • Work with Finance and other teams to complete tasks accurately and on time • Support managers with formal warnings, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and exits • Prepare and track performance-procedure documents, deadlines, checkpoints and approvals • Connect Recruitment, Sales, Operations and HR information to track new-hire progress • Monitor onboarding, first months of production, retention, early departures and differences between offices • Fix repetitive administrative problems • Establish simple workflows and checklists • Automate tasks where practical • Provide the CEO with visibility into people-related trends and issues • Partner with Heads of Sales Offices, Team Leaders, Recruitment, Operations, Data and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5+ years of hands-on HR Operations, People Operations or similar experience • Experience in a growing organization with regular hiring, onboarding and employee departures • Practical knowledge of contracts, payroll coordination, employee records and offboarding • Direct experience supporting formal warnings, PIPs or comparable performance procedures • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Confidence to follow up with busy managers • Comfort working with spreadsheets, HR systems and employee data • Examples of personally improved or automated processes • Strong written and spoken English • Sound judgment and discretion • Experience in fast-growing technology, fintech, customer operations, BPO or contact centers is a plus • Experience supporting remote teams is useful
