📋 Description

• Support and align human resources initiatives with strategic objectives within the Airways Division • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to Management and Employees • Assist Managers with setting performance goals and evaluations • Monitor employee progress and assist with performance improvement plans • Oversee employee relations, including conflict mediation and investigations • Draft employee communications • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for trends • Manage talent acquisition for the division • Develop and execute recruitment strategies • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs • Develop and update HR policies • Design and deliver training programs on HR policies and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent education • 5 years of experience in a similar role • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and documentation • Limited knowledge of aviation regulations as it relates to training and documentation requirements • Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and quick to learn new technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Organizational skills • Eligibility to work for a Canadian company (e.g., Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
