📋 Description
• Arquitectura de demanda: Sales-Led Growth como motor principal, con la capacidad de integrar PLG de forma táctica • Construcción de pipeline: desde awareness hasta SQLs que cierran, no solo leads bonitos • Posicionamiento y messaging: diferenciación clara en mercados competidos (especialmente AI/tech) • Alineación con Sales y Product: SLAs, sales enablement y ciclos de feedback que realmente funcionen • Presupuesto orientado a ROI: cada dólar invertido en marketing tiene que ganarse su lugar • Operativizar la IA: flujos automatizados, escalamiento de contenido e insights que aceleren la toma de decisiones
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ años en B2B SaaS (preferiblemente AI/tech) • Experiencia comprobada en Sales-Led Growth (ABM, outbound, ciclos de venta complejos, respaldados con números) • Familiaridad con modelos PLG: entiende el pensamiento product-led, aunque su fuerte sea SLG • Mentalidad AI-first: usa IA de forma pragmática hoy —en contenido, ops y analítica—, no como una aspiración a futuro • Visión de negocio: entiende el marketing como generador de revenue, no como un área creativa • Liderazgo cross-funcional: trabaja de forma efectiva con Sales, Product y Ops
