âą Serve as the primary motion design partner for Marketing and Product teams âą Create animations for social media, marketing videos, logo animations, and outro animations âą Design and implement high-quality UI and micro-animations for the mobile app âą Own 3D motion projects, including building or importing 3D objects and creating polished animations from scratch âą Develop and maintain motion guidelines, templates, and assets âą Collaborate with product, visual design, and marketing teams on motion graphics and video content âą Track motion graphics, 3D animation, and video editing trends and incorporate modern techniques
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years as a Motion Designer / Animator âą Showreel and design portfolio required âą Strong visual sensibility and understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and layout âą Proven proficiency in Cinema 4D and 3D animation of objects and environments âą Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro âą Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop âą Proficiency with current AI trends and generation tools, particularly AI video and motion tools such as Runway and Midjourney âą Showreel highlighting 3D capabilities, UI micro-animations, logo animations, and dynamic video content âą Excellent attention to detail, timing, easing, and rhythm âą Knowledge of no-code tools such as Framer or Webflow is nice to have âą Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or Web3 startups is nice to have âą Familiarity with UI/UX principles and handing off animations to developers, such as Lottie, is nice to have
