📋 Description

• Operational rollout management for more than 40 applications with over 4,500 users • Communication for go-lives, follow-up, evaluation and quality assurance • Supporting the Capability Owner in achieving strategic objectives • Facilitating events and moderating workshops • Working on-site at the client’s location

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in communication or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience • At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment • Ability to manage complex project structures and operate confidently across all hierarchical levels • Targeted communication, strategy development and implementation for stakeholder communication • A blend of didactics, conflict management, change management and digital transformation processes • You organize yourself, your stakeholders and your tasks • Strategic, interdisciplinary and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, proactive action and conceptual implementation are more than just buzzwords to you • Willingness to take responsibility and actively drive things forward
