• Primary contact for existing customers in Western Germany • Responsible for acquiring new business and orders • Deliver presentations to clients • Attend industry trade shows and customer events • Internal and external point of contact for technical inquiries
• Experience in the social services sector through education or professional experience • Proven success in account management/existing-customer sales, ideally with software solutions • Confident and composed in negotiations • Understanding of customer needs • Strong IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset
