📋 Description

• Point of contact for existing customers in the Western Germany region • Responsible for acquiring new contracts • Deliver presentations to customers • Participate in trade fairs and events • Point of contact for technical/subject-matter questions in collaboration with internal/functional departments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the social sector (through relevant training or professional experience) • Proven track record in managing and growing existing customer accounts, ideally with software solutions • Confident and self-assured presence • Understanding of customer needs • Excellent communication skills • Strong IT affinity and a service-oriented approach to work
