📋 Description

• Active new customer acquisition and building a strong network • Conducting needs analyses and developing tailored solutions • Managing the entire sales process from the first contact through to closing • Ensuring excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling complex IT or ERP solutions • High empathy, enthusiasm and enjoyment in working with people • Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers • Willingness to complete an onboarding/training phase in Oldenburg • Ideally, knowledge of the social welfare sector • Residence in Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate or Saarland
