📋 Description

• Take responsibility for service and installation projects at customer sites • Lead and coordinate the installation, conversion, and expansion of transformer stations and high-current systems • Organize site operations and coordinate employees and contractors • Organize and coordinate the required materials and tools • Coordinate with project management, customers, contractors, and grid operators • Perform or coordinate commissioning and switching operations in accordance with qualifications and authorization • Monitor quality and safety standards on site • Support the installation team with technically challenging work and fault finding • Handle and coordinate emergency call-outs as part of the on-call service • Maintain and service the company’s rental transformer stations • Document site progress and support inspections, acceptance procedures, and handovers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering • Several years of hands-on experience in installation, service, or power supply • Further training as a master electrician or state-certified technician is an advantage, but not required • Experience with transformer stations and low- and medium-voltage systems • Experience working with customers and contractors • Ability to provide technical guidance to colleagues and coordinate work • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong sense of responsibility and a keen focus on quality and safety • Willingness to travel • Class B driving licence; BE is an advantage
