📋 Description

• Manage integration projects with hospital clients and software partners from requirements gathering through go-live • Align requirements, data flows, and timelines with interface experts on the client and partner sides • Coordinate implementation across all stakeholders • Provide technical support during sales discussions and clarify the feasibility of planned integrations at an early stage • Develop and configure interfaces on the company side using Mirth Connect • Build and maintain interface converters based on HL7, FHIR, XML, and other formats • Provide 2nd-level support for production interfaces, including troubleshooting and issue resolution • Further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the division • Report directly to the CTO and work closely with the Health & Care team

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience • Development expertise, at least in the area of interface converters • Enjoy working directly with customers and partners • Experience with structured data formats such as XML and comparable formats • Native-level German proficiency (C2) • Independent, structured working style and the ability to organize multiple projects in parallel • Nice to have: Experience with Mirth Connect • Nice to have: Knowledge of HL7 and/or FHIR • Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, ideally in hospital and hospital information system (HIS) environments • Nice to have: Career progression from development into project management
