🎯 Requirements

• experience inside a growing or scaling government contractor or federal services organization • exposure to the realities of federal contracting, including growth cycles, delivery demands, customer expectations, compliance, CPARS performance • a track record of helping organizations improve, mature, or transform • experience solving cross-functional problems and creating structure in ambiguous environments • ability to work across teams and influence without always relying on formal authority • strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • comfort working with executives, senior leaders, functional teams, and delivery organizations
