📋 Description

• Research, trial, and evaluate AI tools across categories relevant to Vulcury's operations • Identify AI tools and workflows to improve prospecting, outbound, content production, and funnel performance • Explore AI-assisted approaches relevant to development processes, including AI/ML and matching-engine work at Trustbridge • Identify AI tools for recruiting, onboarding, and performance workflows • Evaluate AI applications across finance, legal/compliance support, research, and shared functions • Identify client-facing applications that improve the quality, speed, or depth of consulting and venture work • Maintain a structured view of the competitive and partner landscape • Track vendors, tools, competitive threats, substitutes, and partnership or build/buy opportunities • Translate research findings into decision-ready recommendations for leadership • Report directly to the CEO and work with functional leads across Development, HR, Growth, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time, India-based internship • Clear speaking, writing, and listening skills • Ability to understand what leadership needs to know and when • Self-directed work ethic and reliability without close supervision • Genuine intellectual curiosity and capacity to quickly evaluate unfamiliar tools and technical concepts • Positive attitude and ability to bring energy and options to leadership • Resume and a written response under 300 words describing an AI tool personally used or evaluated recently • Useful but not required: exposure to AI/ML tooling, LLM-based products, or automation platforms as a user, builder, or researcher • Useful but not required: ability to quickly read vendor documentation, product change logs, and technical write-ups • Useful but not required: interest in business strategy or competitive analysis
