📋 Description

• Participate in the installation and maintenance activities of large NDT solutions at Customer sites • Fine tuning and optimization of PLCs Programs and HMIs (Siemens and Allen Bradley and/or others) • Active participation in the installation of new systems together with the project team, providing support in adjustment and testing of automation software and related hardware • Supervise and implement automation projects • Propose and integrate developments and innovations in system automation • Supervise, from the point of view of the technological direction, the developments on the automation platforms • Understand the application requirements of various technologies • Provide maintenance training to customers • Participate in the design of electrical plans for the automation part • Support the after-sales service activities • Be present on site during the installations • Perform feasibility studies supported by NDT specialists in Evident Integration Centre in Opera (MI) • Represent a PoC for customers for maintenance activities and problem resolution • Perform any other related task requested by his immediate superior

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering • +5 years of relevant experience in programming industrial and automation equipment or systems installation • Professional knowledge of English and Italian (French is an asset) • Basic knowledge of robotic programming and C++/C# • Basic knowledge of how to perform maintenance on electromechanical systems • Knowledge of NDT, ultrasound or eddy current would be an asset • Customer oriented and capacity to deliver trainings • Capability to work independently, organized and methodical • Problem solving skills • Interpersonal skills and able to work in a multidisciplinary team • Availability to travel up to 50% globally, for up to 3 weeks in a row when necessary
