📋 Description

• Independent operational handling and administration of leasing contracts (durations, amendments, returns) • Processing of damage claims, including coordination with leasing companies, insurers and repair workshops • Maintenance and updating of leasing-relevant contract and vehicle data in the ERP system • Support for fleet management in vehicle-related contract processes (no price or contract negotiations) • Monitoring and documentation of fleet-related deadlines and legal requirements (e.g., periodic vehicle inspections (TÜV), accident-prevention regulations (UVV), driver's license checks)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • Several years of practical experience in operational leasing contract administration or in fleet management • Confident handling of leasing contracts (durations, contract amendments, returns, damage settlement) • Experience working with leasing companies, insurers and repair workshops • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV) • Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German language skills; good written and spoken English
