📋 Description

• Establish, further develop, and implement the company-wide BIM strategy • Develop and maintain BIM standards and processes • Coordinate and manage BIM models across all project phases • Advise project teams and specialist planners on BIM methodology • Support the introduction of new tools and technologies • Train and enable internal project teams in BIM working methods • Work closely with project management and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in BIM management, BIM coordination, or digital planning • Solid knowledge of common BIM tools • Understanding of design processes, building technologies, and project management • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Structured, solution-oriented working style and high digital affinity
