📋 Description

• Independent and professional management of residential and/or commercial properties • Independent tenant support, including tenant- and property-specific communication • Implementation of regular rent adjustments • Preparation of service charge reconciliations • Collaboration with the in-house construction/technical department, procurement and accounting • Recording and maintenance of contract data in our digital archiving system

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkaufmann/-kauffrau) and/or further qualification as a Real Estate Specialist (Fachwirt für Immobilien) (m/f/d) • Several years of professional experience in property management, preferably including management of commercial properties • Basic technical knowledge desirable • Confident and proficient use of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with Wodis Yuneo • Independent, responsible and structured working style
