📋 Description

• Develop and implement the digitalization strategy for comprehensive property management (strategic and operational) • Digitalize business processes and optimize IT-based workflows • In collaboration with our departments, conduct functional and content analysis of existing requirements in commercial and technical property management and implement need-oriented solution concepts • Further develop the underlying IT landscape (applications, data) • Independently carry out proofs of concept and implementation projects in cooperation with internal and external resources • Serve as the primary point of contact for the real estate company in the areas of digitalization and IT

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a focus on property management, or a comparable program with a strong affinity for digitalization in the real estate industry • Deep understanding of both the business processes of a (real estate) company and relevant market trends, drivers, and developments • Solid knowledge of common ERP solutions and digital "ecosystems" in the real estate sector, ideally combined with industry experience • Experience leading (development) projects/subprojects as well as managing and coordinating external partners and agencies • Strong IT affinity and interest in digitalization trends and their implementation into innovative, future-proof concepts, processes, and solutions • Confident demeanor and diplomatic skills • Good written and spoken German
