📋 Description

• Gather and document client requirements • Assist in the analysis of business processes (including finance) • Optimize processes in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams to find the best solution for clients • Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) • Create SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with business units and developers to implement process optimizations • Document requirements and processes in textual form • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement (KVP) of processes and tools within business analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience capturing and analyzing business/operational processes • Background in business administration and/or IT • Experience with Atlassian Confluence • Experience with the ADONIS BPM suite from the BOC Group (experience with other tools such as Signavio, Camunda Platform, etc. is a plus) • Expert knowledge of BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrable in projects • Structured and independent working style combined with strong analytical skills • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Willingness to work in a remote team • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) • German: business fluent (C1) and English: fluent in spoken and written (B2)
