📋 Description

• Full responsibility for managing national and regional retail customers and negotiating our brand portfolio regarding listings, distribution and point-of-sale brand activation • Ensuring customers’ potential is fully realized • Management of product launches, listings, distribution and promotional planning • Supporting new product launches, coordinating rollout planning and tracking based on sales KPIs • Close collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders, especially our field sales team and trade marketing • Direct reporting line to the Head of Sales Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG branded retail sector (full-range/discount), ideally in the spirits industry • Deep expertise in modern KAM processes, use of data-driven category management arguments, annual negotiations, pricing negotiations and commercial terms models, as well as KPI-driven customer development • Strong execution skills, strategic foresight and communication skills • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Salesforce experience is a plus • Willingness to work regularly at our headquarters in Eckernförde to support relevant on-site processes (hybrid) • High willingness to travel within Germany
