📋 Description

• Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics and reporting solutions in Power BI • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and product teams • Translate business needs into detailed reporting requirements, data definitions, and technical specifications • Serve as a liaison between business users, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and BI teams to ensure alignment throughout solution delivery • Design, build, and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and related reporting solutions • Develop scalable data models, measures, hierarchies, and governance-ready reporting definitions • Create intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences that support business decision-making and user adoption • Support deployment, publishing, permissions management, refresh schedules, and release coordination for Power BI solutions • Maintain documentation for reporting solutions, data definitions, and business logic • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and standups • Gather user feedback and support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement of reporting solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles • Experience gathering and documenting requirements for business intelligence or reporting initiatives • Strong experience working with enterprise data platforms and OLAP databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar technologies • Experience developing Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies including SSRS, SSAS, or semantic-model-based BI architectures preferred • Commercial real estate or financial services industry experience preferred • Strong proficiency with Power BI, including semantic models, report development, publishing workflows, and dashboard design • Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables • Understanding of ETL processes, data transformation techniques, and enterprise reporting best practices • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
