📋 Description

• Acquire new clients and sell the service portfolio through B2B sales • Sell social media services, community management, and marketing campaigns • Build long-term client partnerships • Analyze market potential and develop targeted sales strategies • Manage sales activities and proposals with a focus on sales success • Develop customized marketing approaches together with clients • Support implementation in coordination with specialist teams • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and the operational units of the gkk and walter services group • Document sales progress in the CRM system • Monitor market trends and derive concrete sales measures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification • Solid practical experience in B2B sales or key account management for services • Ideally, experience in marketing, social media, community management, or agency services • Strong customer-service orientation • Keen awareness of digital trends • Excellent persuasive and communication skills when engaging with decision-makers and C-level clients • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • High level of initiative • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment • Willingness to attend regular on-site client meetings as well as industry events and trade shows
