📋 Description
• First point of contact for applicants • Reviewing and screening application documents • Conducting telephone interviews • Proactively improving the recruitment process • Active candidate management • Supporting and conducting selection procedures (e.g., assessment centers) • Close collaboration with departments and managers on talent acquisition
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training or university degree • Ideally some initial professional experience in recruiting and candidate selection, including internships • Experience in the temporary staffing industry is a plus • Strong communication skills and tact when interacting with people • A structured, independent, and conscientious working style
