📋 Description
• Assist the tax team in gathering, organizing, and reviewing client documents • Input financial data and prepare workpapers for individual and business tax returns • Support the preparation of basic tax returns under supervision • Communicate with clients to request missing information or clarify details • Help implement firm processes such as electronic filing, tax document management, and client onboarding • Participate in training and professional development to prepare for advancement
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and client-friendly • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools • Experience with tax or accounting software is a plus (e.g., Drake, Lacerte, or QuickBooks) • Desire to grow into a Tax Preparer role through mentorship and hands-on learning
